1. The Platform

REAP is an entertainment platform featuring multiple provably fair game modes, including Reaping (winner-takes-all pot) and Seeding (blind bidding). All gameplay, rounds, and outcomes are currently provided for entertainment purposes. Additional game modes may be introduced over time. The nature, utility, and role of platform assets may evolve as the ecosystem develops.

2. Currencies & Gameplay

The Platform supports two currencies for gameplay: $REAP and SOL.

$REAP is the native in-platform currency used for gameplay and cosmetics. $REAP has no monetary value. A 10% protocol fee is deducted from winning payouts in $REAP game modes; this fee is permanently burned (removed from circulation).

SOL games involve wagering real cryptocurrency (Solana) via non-custodial on-chain escrow. Entry fees are USD-pegged ($2, $5, $10 tiers) using a price oracle. A 10% protocol fee is deducted from the pot on resolution. SOL transactions are irreversible. You acknowledge that participation in SOL games involves financial risk, including the potential loss of your wager.

Bonuses, rewards, and distribution mechanics are subject to change as the platform evolves. Nothing in these terms constitutes a guarantee of future value, utility, or transferability of $REAP.

3. The Harvest & Prize Pools

The Harvest is a progressive prize pool system funded by protocol fees from SOL games. It consists of two components:

Weekly Pool — A portion of SOL protocol fees is allocated to a weekly prize pool distributed to the top 10 players by points each week. The weekly pool requires a minimum of 50 unique players to pay out; if this threshold is not met, the pool rolls over to the following week. Payout distribution follows a geometric curve. Points are earned exclusively from SOL games.

Progressive Jackpot — A separate portion of SOL protocol fees accumulates in a progressive jackpot that does not pay out on a weekly basis. The jackpot is distributed at a future event (Token Generation Event) based on cumulative activity. The timing and exact distribution method are at our sole discretion.

Prize pool sizes, payout curves, point calculations, eligibility thresholds, and distribution timing are subject to change at our discretion. Participation in SOL games does not guarantee any prize pool payout.

4. Provably Fair System

All round outcomes are determined by a provably fair algorithm. A cryptographic server seed is generated before each round begins, and its SHA-256 hash is publicly committed before players join. After the round completes, the seed is revealed so any participant can independently verify the result. REAP cannot manipulate outcomes after commitment.

5. Account Responsibility

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. REAP is not liable for any loss of virtual currency or account access resulting from unauthorized use of your account. Do not share your login credentials with others.

6. No Guarantees of Availability

REAP is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, uptime, or availability. The platform may be modified, suspended, or discontinued at any time without prior notice. Virtual currency balances, inventory, and account data may be reset during development or maintenance periods.

7. Conduct

Users must not attempt to exploit, manipulate, or interfere with the platform, its systems, or other users' experiences. Accounts found in violation may be suspended or terminated without notice.

8. Wallets & Blockchain

Certain features of the Platform may involve connecting a blockchain wallet and submitting transactions to public blockchain networks. You are solely responsible for the security of your wallet and private keys. Blockchain transactions are irreversible — REAP is not liable for losses resulting from incorrect transactions, wallet compromise, or network issues. On-chain data is publicly visible and cannot be deleted or modified by us.

9. Third-Party Platforms

The Platform integrates with third-party services including Twitter/X, Discord, and blockchain networks. Your use of these services is governed by their respective terms and policies. REAP is not responsible for the availability, conduct, or content of any third-party platform.

10. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to use the Platform. By creating an account, you represent that you meet this requirement. Access to the Platform may be restricted in certain jurisdictions. It is your responsibility to ensure that your use of the Platform complies with applicable laws in your location.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
